Injury associated with
CrossFit, what does the evidence say?
This is part two of the
same presentation.
My lecture acknowledges
that there is very limited evidence about CrossFit in the literature.
The two commonly quoted
studies are Hak et al (2013) and Wiesenthal (2014).
Most of the studies
highlight that the Shoulder and the Low Back are the common areas where CrossFit
participants report pain.
