It’s a bit late now but
I thought you would like to see this video anyway.
There are 3 areas you want to tape
for this:
1. Shoulders
Stabilisation tape either side of the
deltoid, then a decompression strip over the AC joint.
2. Knee
Stabilisation tape over each side.
Decompression strip at the bottom of the patella (knee cap),
3. Low back (Lumbar)
Stabilisation tape either side of the
lumbar spine
