You should not be able to go sub 4 minutes and then be able to lift over 300 pounds (136 kg).
2015 was the last time we had a two-part workout.
Colten Mertens got the fastest time in 3 mins 39 secs.
Ioannis Papadopoulous from Greece with the heaviest lift at 402 pounds (182 kg) with 3 guys lifting over 400 pounds!
