Last weekend Dale, Uzo
and James from Bulletproofbodies teamed up with Avalanche Endurance Events (AEE)
to provide Physiotherapy and Foot Care Support to all Endurance Athletes.
The scene is the mighty
Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons and the race is the Fan Dance.
Last Summer was extremely
hot but last weekend the weather was perfect for racing up and down the hill.
At Bulletproofbodies, we are just like you.
We treat Athletes
during the day and then race ourselves at night for Exercise High Moon.

Uzo and James both went
Loaded where as Dale went clean fatigue.
Uzo won the loaded
category and James came a close second in their age categories.
They absolutely thrashed Dale, who came in 15th
place overall.
We also had all the
