It's a 2-Part Workout.
Ascending ladder Dumbbell Squats & Bar-Facing Burpees
Warm Up
Max lift & a Met
Con (Metabolic Conditioning)
Front Rack position –
Elbows nice and high.
1 Rep Max Clean squat
and Power Clean.
Dumbbell Squats
Muscle Clean up then
straight into squats to save time and not keep resetting your feet.
Keep Dumbbells close to
your feet.
Try to go unbroken on
the Squats
Burpees
Use chalk to place your
hand marks for targeted efficiency
Two footed landing and
take off
Twist in the air 180
Keep your transitions
slick!
Top athletes completed
this in around 4 minutes

Clean
You have time to change
your shoes and put a belt on.
Simply PB your Clean on
this workout!
Squat Clean as you can
lift more weight
70% Rep Max target
Don’t miss your first
lift otherwise your confidence will go.
